These guys are my heroes. My pellet stove was down for two months. I kept getting put off by other companies. Thank goodness I found Maddox Heating & Air Conditioning . The technician came to the house and was incredibly knowledgeable. He took his time and made an accurate diagnosis as to what the issue was. He was upfront about the costs and timing. Followed up and did what he said he was going to do. He was pleasant to work with and respectful. We will definitely be calling them maintenance.

He was very professional and explained what he was going to do. He explained some options that they were offering and which would save me money. I'm very elated with my service from Maddox Heating & Air Conditioning. Our furnace stopped functioning on a very cold evening. These heroes came in really fast and luckily they were able to work on it and our evening heat was reinstated. Dennis answered all of my questions and clarified everything and I was charged fairly!!

Dennis did fine work yesterday repairing our furnace. He was conscientious, polite, pleasant, and did a fantastic job. He made sure that the whole furnace was as in good a condition as it could be.He also checked the air conditioner and assured us that it was in perfect order.Everything was done at a reasonable price with minimum disruption.
