We could not be happier with our roof. Platinum Did a fantastic job, but that’s not the best news. Recently we had another storm with hail 3 to 6 inches. Our old vinyl siding didn’t hold up. We called insurance and they sent out an inspector and after looking at the roof he could find no damage. He told us that he was so surprised given the size of hail. He went on to say that the shingles on our roof were a great product. Who ever did the roof use’s a sturdy shingle. We continue to be so happy with this company we have hired them to put on the new siding. This company worked hard to find all the hail damage the insurance company didn’t find. Great communication from the owner in every step of the process. The owner was also on the roof overseeing the job. He even sent the insurance building codes to make them pay for proper ice shielding and gutters that wasn’t on their payout. Zero nails in the yard nor damage to the lawn. I couldn’t be happier with the final result.

Jai was a pleasure to work with. He was not pushy but took time to explain the storm claim process in detail. He took care of all the moving parts of our restoration and was an excellent representative for us with our insurance adjuster and our local agent. Through his knowledge of the insurance end of storm claims we were able to get our house looking better than it was before the storm and save a lot of money in the process. Our house was hit by an EF1 tornado. We contacted Jai Hughes of Platinum Roofing to review our damage, based on a neighbor’s recommendation.
