I have worked with Platinum Roofing as a commercial client for nearly 4 years and have engaged them in projects in Fresno, Berkeley and San Jose. Last Spring we reached out to them to replace a drain in a flat roof. Six months later the job is not complete and we have hired another roofing company to clean up thier mess. We were mislead and lied to, and have been completely ignored by Jenna, Amber and Guillermo. After working with the company for several years we will no longer employ Platinum's services. I welcome company leadership to contact me directly to discuss further.
