Plaza Garage

I wouldn't park here again. My doctor validates when you park here and I'm considering a new provider just to avoid this garage...or pay for parking elsewhere. The staircase smells strongly of urine, and they were also kinda dark and creepy. Very narrow and I don't drive a big car. I drove slowly around making sure I didn't hit anything and saw scuff marks on nearly every vertical surface. When leaving, it's a narrow curved space, also full of scuffs of previous cars not making the turn, and I almost hit the wall. Had to reverse and realign to make sure I got out without issue. Not worth the stress at all. There are better garages in the area.

Update as of 12/2/24: Beware of using this garage. The local managers take no responsibility for boxes attached to ramp walls that are below eye level (as evidenced by how the side passenger doors were damaged). They forwarded to a "claims/insurance" company in CA, whose address is on letterhead but USPO said was not there. The denial said I hit a pole. Nope, a box that shouldn't have been there. I think this is a sham operation and likely never accepts blame. It may be centrally located, but avoid this garage unless you drive a very small, or beat up car. This is the worst garage I've had the displeasure in which to park. If your car is bigger than a mini, the narrow spiral layout of this garage is simply dangerous. I cautiously drove up to avoid hitting the left side of the winding aisle

Super crazy and confusing layout. I own a charger (a big car, but nothing insane), and never been more scared about hitting something/another car. Super super compact, and even worse if u go at a busy time when other cars are everywhere. Please, park somewhere else like 55 West’s garage. It’s so much better. I will never even think about parking here again. It scarred me lol

Not very expensive, the elevators don't work and the smell of urine on the stairs is horrible

Just terrible. Easily the worst garage in Orlando. Elevator only works half the time and the other half it does not feel safe. I’ve never not been overwhelmed with the scent of urine.
