First of all, he was very professional and knowledgeable, and we appreciated how patient he was in explaining everything to us (all the pool equipment and panels) so we have an idea of how everything works. This is our first pool, so y'all can imagine how clueless we are with everything, but he was really thorough and helpful. He took his time to show us how to manage the water chemistry of the pool and the parts that we should keep clean, which was easier than we thought it would be. He answered ALL of our questions. Pleasure Pools in Mandeville originally built our pool in 2011, and we recently returned to them for renovations. From the very beginning, the experience was exceptional. Working with Pleasure Pools was a fun & enyobale experience. We worked with Katherine on our design and layout. We have a big family and love to entertain. We shared with her what we wanted for size, seating in the pool, a hot tub, as well as a tanning ledge. It was so fun to work with her and makes changes real time with their software. Katherine was so patient with us until we got everything g exactly how we wanted it. Once construction of the pool began, they delivered everything as promised on time and more. Pleasure Pools in Mandeville recently renovated my pool and I couldn’t be happier! My pool is absolutely beautiful! Kevin certainly made it an easy experience and steered me in the right direction.
