Excellent!! I went to 4 stores looking for a connector for my fountain pump with no luck. Rocky Ace Hardware's assistant manager told me to go to Plumber's Supply. Problem solved!!!!

Great service! I am knowledgeable but not a professional and I had some questions/concerns regarding my existing HVAC returns during a remodel. They went above and beyond to ensure I got the information and supplies I needed. They even sent someone to my house to take a look. I was very impressed with the service.

Not for just professionals, I'm a home owner and went in and bought hardware that you can find at home depot and lowe's and half the price than on amazon.
