It was very difficult to finally get the job started and once it was underway I realized that a lot of things I was being charged for under “material” were not only not installed but never even actually ordered. It’s not like it was some “cheap” material either, there were lots of brass fittings and covers that I was charged for but was never installed. I would’ve been better off paying one of their junkie employees to do the job on the side. If I could give less than one star I would.
Thank you to Melissa and Dallas for all of your help. Your response time was so fast and Dallas did a very thorough job and I am very happy with the repairs.
Poor experience... Melissa does not follow through nor respond to calls.
