Austin and Tatum were wonderful. Polite, respectful, knowledgeable, communicative, and kind. They patiently explained the issues to me and kept me updated on the resolutions. They purchased and installed a Kohler faucet for my kitchen sink along with P-traps underneath. No more drips and smells. In addition, they replaced the failing pressure regulator valve on the main water line. I highly recommend Plumbing Tricks. I like their honesty, quality workmanship, and reasonable prices. I have already requested a quote for additional work.

Wasawwwwswwwz z,,zaq My experience with Plumbing Tricks was extremely concerning. After a water heater repair, their technician left exposed electrical wires hanging directly beside a gas line with no tape or proper securing — a serious safety hazard that could have caused a fire or worse. Even more frustrating, American Home Shield told me this was considered a recall service request, meaning I had no choice but to use the same company or pay another $100 service fee to switch providers. Being forced to return to a contractor that created a dangerous situation is unacceptable. If you value your home and the safety of your family, I strongly recommend thinking twice before using this company.

I had the complete main waterline replaced by this company and it was a great experience. Aden and Frank were first on the scene , quickly assessed the situation and knew exactly what needed to be done. You have to love expertise. They explained everything as they worked and got the job done fairly quick. The owner Thomas was very thorough , had a great warranty on the work , it was a pleasure to work with him. I will continue to call on this company whenever I have any plumbing work needed.
