I recently purchased the whole house filtration along with the reverse osmosis system and couldn't be more pleased! The whole processes was seamless and quick. The team that installed it did a wonderful job with customizing where we wanted it placed and how the finished product looked. I had a great experience. Everybody from one is very nice and direct the service guy Nando get an excellent job. He was quite efficient. He didn’t take very long at all I read this man as a 10 out of a 10 very personable. Very nice to the point got the job done. I hope all your technicians are as good as Nando.

Garrett was our technician and he called to let us know he was on his way. When he arrived, he was very polite, advised us how he was going to service our furnace and went straight to work. When he attempted to restart the furnace after the service, the thermostat would not work. It was 30 yrs. old. Since it went out during his servicing the unit, Plumbline provided a new thermostat at no cost to us. We thought that was pretty amazing. Garrett had to go back to his office to get a thermostat and then installed it, showed us how it worked and connected it to our WiFi for us. All this occurred during a raging snowstorm outside that he had to deal with to make an extra trip out in it. We have always had Plumbline service our furnace in the past and certainly will continue in the future.

Absolutely outstanding customer service and service provided. Grant, Ricky, Christian, and Martin were knowledgeable and helpful in answering all my questions. I now have healthy water.
