Andrew at Plumbmasters of Atlanta did an outstanding job replacing our gas hot water heater. He provided same-day service, was extremely professional, and completed the job at a fair price. We hired Andrew to do some plumbing for us. In fact we hired him to repipe our entire home. The work came with a 5 year warranty; however we are experiencing leaks. We have reached out to Andrew, only to be stood up on several occasions. He would sometimes respond saying he was coming by only to never show up. I've reached out to the BBB only to find the business is no longer registered. Buyer be wear save yourself some money, do your homework. Google the owner and you'll thank me later. I have text, contract, pic etc to confirm what I am stating. So I will be taking my case to court. Your welcome

I'm glad to see Andrew can respond to this review but not to us. You were hired to repipe the entire home as stated in the contract below. in fact the copper in the master bedroom is what you over looked but was paid to do. Now that I see you are capable of responding we can continue in court.

Andrew from Plumbmasters of Atlanta just fixed a leak under our kitchen sink and also installed a brand new faucet which he had to go purchase for us at Home Depot. He called us when he got there to describe the options of faucets based on the new style we wanted to go with.gooseneck style. He was very polite and professional, punctual and overall we’re happy with his services. We’d use this company again and we’ll call Andrew directly. We’re in Marietta/East Cobb in Lake Colony.
