I recently had Plumbwell come to install a new hot water heater and service the boiler. They were awesome! Lauren in the office was truly professional, understanding and accommodating in the type of water heater we wanted and was able to schedule when we were ready, even if that meant a bit of back and forth conversations. The guys who showed up, I believe their names were Walter and Evan were true professionals and knowledgeable in the field. They came in and were respectful of the work space, even added an expansion tank and extra piping to make the new one fit and efficient. They answered any questions we had and were thorough and cleaned up at the end. I would highly recommend them without reservation and will be calling them again next time we need a new water heater. After a cesspool company discovered a leak in my main house trap, I contacted Plumbwell for a replacement. I was asked to text pictures of the trap and work area to Andrew, and I had an estimate by the end of the day. The team arrived the next day and replaced the trap. Although the work went well, the original trap was severely decayed and the team (Jack and Walter) found additional decay and holes in the adjacent fittings. They patched the holes as best they could and decided they needed to plan how to repair the additional drain pipes without causing unnecessary damage to the house. I recently had major plumbing work at my house and I recommend Plumbwell Services very much. They stayed in touch from start to finish with kindness and professionalism. The works did a fantastic job, no complications or issues at all, very competent! I am extremely happy with this company and highly recommend their services.

Once again Chris came through with another job well done. This is not the first time using Plumbwell Services for entirely different purposes and I can only rave about their services, professionalism, knowledge, friendliness and honesty. Chris and Lauren realized I had mistakenly overpaid (billls got stuck together) and he immediately called me to inform me of my over payment and returned to my home in less than half hour. As he was driving over, Lauren also called me to explain of the over payment and said Chris was on his way with the extra money. How honest can these two people ever be?
