PMI Parking - 1725 DeSales St NW

Don’t park here. If you do, pay close attention to what they charge you. This weekend they tried to charge us an extra $10 over their posted prices. I bet a lot of people don’t pay attention or question it and they pull this scam all the time.

The parking attendants stole my credit card information, I assume they have a card scanner they used to steal my credit card information. I used my credit card and 4 hours later someone tried to buy a GameStop subscription with the same card in Texas, I live in Maryland. Weird how I used this card for the first time in a while and then this happens.

Our undamaged vehicle went in on Tuesday and came out wrecked on Thursday. The passenger door would barely open. We noticed it immediately and filled out their form. The repair estimate is $1800. They claim the damage was "old" and will not cover repairs. Do not park here!

I used this Parking a couple weeks ago and never again! My boyfriend and I went to stay at the Mayflower Hotel and used them since it was right beside it. We parked there overnight and the car was left in reverse and car wasn’t proper turned off. Leaving my boyfriend’s car’s battery to die. They denied everything even though you could clearly see it was still in reserve. I asked for a refund because to pay $52 for parking and for them to leave it like that is ridiculous (not to mention we had to replace the battery out of our own pockets). The guy there said no to a refund and his only reply was “if you want to complain you can go and complain. Honestly my car would be safer on the streets of DC. Had an awful experience with PMI. They charged me $25 for being just a minute or two over the hour—talk about ridiculous. The flight rate was only $17, and they still slapped on that extra charge. On top of that, the staff was lazy and unhelpful—I didn’t get my car on time, and what should’ve been a quick pick-up turned into a 20-minute ordeal. This place is just bad business all around. Complete lack of customer service and an obvious cash grab. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.
