Called point electric on a Monday they were able to come out that Wednesday. Also appreciated how they cared about keeping the house clean.

We recently updated an old underpowered 3 phase service to a new 480Y/277-volt 3-phase power service, and the entire experience was outstanding. The crew handled a critical job with real professionalism—clean work, great communication, and zero shortcuts.

Remodeled a bathroom, had to move/remove and add electrical in different places. This was my very first time hiring work to be done, Cindy made this process very smooth, her kindness and guidance was very much appreciated. They sent out Devin and he did an excellent job. He was kind, punctual and efficient. He cleaned up very well as needed after the work. I couldn’t be more happy with my experience with point.

Devin is an excellent representative for Point Electric. Great communication skills. Called to give verification of arrival. Showed up, well groomed, company T-shirt, comfortable allowing him in the home. He was called to check a 2 way switch in a stairwell. It was my embarrassment to realize I was simply height challenged. He screwed the bulb in, switches work. We all had a chuckle over the need to have an election change a light bulb. 😆 Point Electric has always been our go to for our electrical needs.
