I’ve used this company for years and always appreciated that they would price match cash heating oil and were easy to deal with. That policy appears to have changed at least for some customers. This winter they refused to price match for me, yet did so for a friend just last week. The lack of consistency feels unfair and arbitrary. To make matters worse, the manager was extremely rude when I said I would be taking my business elsewhere. Her attitude and tone were completely unprofessional and left a bad taste after years of being a loyal customer. Based on this experience, I’ll be switching companies and would encourage others to clarify pricing policies before committing.

Scam artists. I ordered 330 gallons the first time from cash heating oil. I have two 330 gallon tanks and they only filled 1/4 of the way. I was busy with work and my wife the second time ordered with them because they were the cheapest on cash heating oil. We ordered 300 gallons and they filled the tank and demanded payment for almost 600 gallons. Their customer service and drivers are rude and the company is unprofessional and unethical. Stay away from them, they advertise 1 cent a gallon less than their competitors but they are scum. Fool me once shame on you, fool my wife… I’ll never order from you again.

Delivery driver came a day early unexpectedly, then verbally accosted my 88 year-old widowed grandmother for being unable to shovel out her oil fill cap in subfreezing temperature. Inexcusable behavior, use another company.

If I could give them a 0 or negative stars I would. The manager here, Jen...Jenn or Jenni... some version of that name is rude and either inexperienced or completely overwhelmed by a position she needs to step away from. She called and didn't introduce herself as the manager, and I honestly thought I was talking to a rude employee, but when I called back asking to speak to the manager the employees informed me that I had been speaking to the manager. They informed me that she has a lot on her plate and the owner never shows up so she's running the place alone. The employees despite the manager are all kind ppl...even the man who delivered the oil was super sweet.
