Polar King did and stellar job and I'm very grateful I found them. Gabriel was very attentive and responded to all my questions and promptly scheduled my appointment. The tech that came was Gustabo, who did a brilliant job servicing the unit. I will 100% recommend Polar King services!
Omi took our call on a Sunday afternoon and said he was busy but would still come out as late as 10pm as our AC was not working. On top of it, there was no extra charge for an emergency call. He was incredibly respectful and professional. It ended up being an easy fix but he diagnosed it in no time. Highly recommend this family owned business and Omi!
He said he was going to tell me something about some liquid to ude bur he left and didnt. I think we bothh forgot. Can you please let me know?
