Excellent service! Came out same day. We had accutemp come out as they were the installers And always maintained the system but when they came out to the maintenance they didn’t do what they are supposed to do so I called Polk AC and they found some issues that accutemp did not like a bad capacitor. Polk AC is top notch and very honest and fair. The tech that came out Saturday was wonderful and very knowledgeable. Please do yourself a favor and only use Polk AC you and your family will Appreciate them and your system will love them. A++++++++ service.

Damian is a great tech with good knowledge of the unit and how it works. We have a big job and he was able to explain it to us in a way we could understand. The lady who answered the phone was super kind and helpful and they came the same day. They are also helping us with the warranty information. 10/10 all the way. Thank you

Polk Air is an amazing company! They replaced our evaporator coil and did a complete resign and replacement of our duct work. Our system has never worked more efficiently or colder! We have already recommended them to a friend and will continue to do so. Everyone I have dealt with at Polk Air has been so kind and more than happy to answer any of our questions. The guys who worked so very hard in our attic, worked fast and efficiently. Chase even vacuumed up any mess that was left behind in the house and in the garage. We are very blessed to have found them and are enjoying their very hard work. Thank you Polk Air!

Excellent service. The technician came out for routine maintenance — nothing was hidden, nothing unnecessary was fixed or pushed. He was honest, thorough, and professional throughout the visit. He checked the system, explained everything clearly, and confirmed everything was working properly. I really appreciate the transparency and integrity. I would absolutely recommend them and will use their services again.
