Scott Edwards and Rah’j were the technicians for a biannual maintenance visit. They did a great job. Scott fixed a drain line outside by the condenser. They were both professional, courteous, and kind. Scott explain an Apco- One filtration system. It could be an “add on” to a new HVAV unit. Ours is currently 17 years old. Last our dog, Tulip, got some doggie treats from the techs. That made her happy. Job well done gentlemen.

My appointment was for 9 AM. RAJA called from the office at 8:20 to let me know that he and SCOTT would arrive in just a few minutes. Both were friendly, professional and serviced my AC system quickly. They were actually gone by 9 AM! I greatly appreciate their promptness. They even brought my doggie treats! My family has used United for more than 20 years and will happily recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC services.

This guys are amazing… went there Wednesday and talked to Byron about a bad capacitor in my unit I had some pictures but blurry and not clear. He told me to give him my serial number and maker and he will contact them and verify the correct part… and sure he did!!! He called me shortly after and give me the correct part!! Today picked up part and Lisha was my contact… very impressed and lucky to have this guys as our local A/C company and distributor. Thanks again!!!

Your company is extremely fortunate to have two excellent employees like Scott Edwards and Rah’j. These gentlemen serviced our unit today and gave us a real education on our system. They were neat, thorough, knowledgeable, polite and we could not be more pleased. These guys were great! We intend to request them again in six months or sooner if our equipment needs replacing. Rajay & Scott were fantastic! They came earlier than the appointment time and were in and out very quickly. I appreciate the service the company provides with helping us keep our unit functioning as well as it can (a necessity in FL) and keeping our house cool. The 2x a year maintenance package (which includes air filters) is totally worth it.
