Cory arrived, answered my question on how to use my thermostat on my phone app. He was so helpful, the app is now working. He did what he had to do for my yearly service. He checked my filter. He went out to my A/c location. When he came back in he had photos of 2 areas of the unit that were getting bacterial growth . He helped me explore pros and cons of a UV light And hard start. After a discussion with Cory, I then spoke with Brenda at the office who went over the prices and warrantees with me. Cory explained the benefits of these additions to my a/c unit. He proceeded to do the install. He came back in and tested the temperature of air coming in to the house and while the temperature returned to where he waited it we did the paperwork for the UV light. Kris was excellent. Knowledgeable and professional he showed up same day we called. Was very polite, friendly, and proficient .very satisfied with his work. We had a wire burn up in the cut-off breaker and Kris tracked it down quickly..thank you for getting our heat back on for this chilly Florida night.(35 degrees)

I called and was lucky enough to have landed in a day where there had been a few cancellations. I needed to have my HVAC maintenance done. Cory was great! He explained everything and was very personable. He cleared up some questions I had about the best way to run my system. Overall very happy.

Hello Snowbird, I wanted to tell you how absolutely wonderful our service provider Brodey Coutant has been to our family. Today, 1/2/26 was the second time he visited our home. He remembered us from the previous visit, and was well prepared to attack the issues. He smiled, and approached the project in a positive and forthright manner. He kept us fully aware of each step he took, and completed the fix. However, I am rather picky so I had a few additional questions. He was honest, and I ended upgrading an appliance as well.
