After much consideration, we decided to go with this particular company, and we couldn't be happier with our decision. From the very beginning, the super of the company was extremely friendly and professional. His approachable demeanor made us feel confident in our choice. I had a tub spout which was back ordered and toilet that was broken which was required to be fixed post CO. They did good job on fixing the toilet but kept the broken toilet in garage when I explicitly requested to be not put in garage. For tub spout they did so bad job that you can literally see the gap between the spoit and cap. When I asked can you fix it, the installer arrogantly told me do you want me to take down the wall? I am like do what you need to do, I have paid thousands of dollars for plumbing and all I asked for was proper installation. Would never recommend them and I wished I could give them -5

Communication was sometimes a challenge, so that is why 4 instead of 5 stars. They saved me a ton of money on a hot water heater installation versus other local plumbers. Professional job with no problems. I will use them again for other plumbing work.
