Thank you to Ponder and Nathan for getting my heat running on a below zero day (and on a Saturday). Great service and Nathan was so polite and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend!

I highly recommend! Very fast service. The service tech was very polite and knowledgeable. He explained everything and answered all of my questions. And my heat pump problem was resolved very quickly.

On a very cold Sunday morning, your technician promptly arrived and working in the cold crawled in my crawl space to figure out the problem and get the furnace working. He was so courteous and apologetic that we woke up to such a chilly house. What a terrific technician.

The guys at Ponder did a wonderful job redoing my ductwork. They were very timely on the process and made sure I had heat each night.

I would NOT recommend this company at all. We had a technician come out to look at our air conditioner. He was asked to repair our ductwork. While he was there, he replaced our filter which was LESS THAN THREE WEEKS OLD (it was dated). Upon receiving the bill, we were charged 69 dollars to change the filter. This is a process that takes less than 30 sec. When I called to ask about the charge, I was told that our repair was full of time spent that wasn't charged and that we were given a "deal." When i pushed back, the owner said that he would adjust the high cost of the filter, but would also add all of the time that we were given as a "bonus." The new bill came in at a dollar less. I did not ask for the filter to be changed - it was less than 3 weeks old. And then when asking a
