You would think if you were a repeat customer and spent $11,000 on a pool you would get exceptional customer service. Well don't expect it from this company. CJ was great at selling us the pool but don't expect anything else from him. I understand that weather can be a factor but when we purchased our pool from Martin recreation over 20 year ago it only took 1 day to install it. Pool and Spa took over a month and they cost us more money because of all the damage they caused. They damaged my newly constructed deck by cutting wood that wasn't even necessary because we put the same size pool in. They also set the heavy pool liner on our ac unit, which damaged the fan blade that we had to replace. I have included several pictures so you can see the type of work you can expect from this com

One of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had. My hot tub had a manufacturer defect, and despite keeping Greg and his team updated, they were unresponsive and repeatedly forgot the situation. I had to contact Strong Spa myself, arrange multiple visits, and even move both old and new hot tubs on my own after months of waiting. The replacement hot tub also leaked and needed several repairs before finally working — after nearly two years and only a handful of uses. I spent so much time and money fixing issues that should have been handled by the company. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere for better service and accountability.

I would give zero stars if the option was available. Greg has absolutely no concern for his craftsmanship (crapmanship) or his customers. Greg is absolutely out for money and that is all. I had a small 14x21 in-ground pool put in that took almost 6 months to complete. After one pool season, my motor blew out. Empty promises, missed appointments, no calls, no shows, cheap parts, you name it. Awful experience all around. I will say that Gary, the actual builder, was honest and stood by what he promised. He was respectful of my time and truthful. Let the buyer beware dealing with this company. There are other pool companies that will stand by their word, and treat you right. Run far away from Pool and Spa Clearance Center.

Extremely Rude. DID A TERRIBLE JOB INSTALLING THE POOL I PAID FOR! COMPLETELY DESTROYED MY ENTIRE YARD! Didn't smooth the floor of the pool and the footprint and creases hold dirt/sand. ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO KEEP THE FLOOR CLEAN. Installed a used pump that quit working after two months and then tried to charge me for an upgrade. I just told him to fix my pump under warranty. IGNORED PHONE CALLS DURING INSTALLING POOL. I NEVER SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT A POOL FROM THEM.
