Mike and his team have been great helping us get our pool turned around from swamp to swimmable. It was unused for nearly a decade and full of debris, so when we bought the house we had a lot of work to do. They are punctual, helpful answering questions, and they provide detailed, itemized work orders and receipts via email so you have a clear record of what's been done and when. Billing is easy through an online system. Owning a pool isn't easy, but Mike makes it a lot easier. Thanks!

They have taken care of my pool for several years now, and when the heater started to fail while still under warranty, they went to bat for us to make sure the manufacturer did the right thing, rather than just throwing band-aid parts at a recurrent problem. Excellent service and very good at listening to customers, trying to do what is best, not what is cheapest/easiest. They have earned a customer for life.

We have had Pool and Spa Medic with we build our pool 3 years ago and they have been wonderful! They maintain our pool, help us when certain things need to be taken care of, and have taught us the ins and outs of our chemicals. These guys know their stuff!

Please save yourself from working with these guys. They’ve been out several times and have said every time that our spa is fixed. However a week goes by and we find the same problem persists.
