Pool Care Specialists of Central FL

I had a great experience with Pool Care Specialists of Central FL. Ricky was the service technician sent to repair my Pentair system, and he was excellent. He arrived right on time, was incredibly professional and courteous, and fixed the issue in a short amount of time. I especially appreciated that he took the time to explain the repairs to me so I fully understood the work. I would absolutely recommend this firm for your pool repair needs!

Its important to note, that this is an edited review. Initially, my experience with the company was less than ideal. I was referred to this company from Pentair for a warranty replacement of a defective salt cell. The appointment was made and the technician arrived on time. From here, there was a lot of miscommunication and confusion. In a nutshell, what I was told and what was done, were different (at least in my mind). I was charged a fee, when this was never discussed or told to me. Some additional plumbing was done because the new salt cell was different and required some additional work which was done without my involvement. Decisions were made without consulting me. This company is responsive and would highly recommend for your pool service needs as well as ongoing monthly maintenance. Jesse has been helpful and knowledgeable when issues arise. If you want a company that goes above and beyond, this is who you should call.

I cannot say enough good things about Pool Care Specialist and especially our technician Gino. He is also so wonderful to interact with - you can tell that he loves his job - and it's reflected in his work. He is happy and polite and always says hi. He does a great job, and I can't recommend him enough. If you go with Pool Care Specialist - make sure to request Gino as your technician!

We have been using Pool Care Specialists for over 5 years. Ashley and Samantha at the scheduling office are extremely efficient and communicate in a very timely manner via phone and email and have always been very accommodating. We had a great experience with both Ricky and Jonathan who are the repair technicians, both are very knowledgeable and honest.
