Pool Connection

UPDATE... HE TOLD ME SEVERAL TIMES...I HAVE IT IN WRITING... HE WOULD REFUND ME AND STILL HAS NOT... BUYER BEWARE OF THE LYER! This is what I get from this company after 8 months on the job, having to tell the owner to not have his brother inlaw back... And then the owner came in and re did the 2nd coping job,( the one with no bullnose), and the owner also did the awful tile job. I guess I am not worthy of any kind of decent job. I had to finally get the guts to tell the owner to not come back... And he said he would refund my money, which as of yet he has not. And they got grout and glue all over my brand new swing, brand new like 2 days new...and my waterfall... Then had the nerve to tell me to go in the house... The second comment was..."I'm beginning to think you won't be happy with

I have been trying to get my pool serviced for 8 months. And everytime I call the woman says she will "try" to send someone. A couple months ago I got a quote. I agreed to the price and was eager for them to start. Never came, never returned a call. 8 months. Ridiculous.

Can't say enough good about Henry and his staff! We bought a house with a pool so dark green we thought it was a lost cause. It was full of tadpoles and probably other things too! They came out, emptied it and acid washed it and it looks like new. Henry has also been VERY helpful with any other questions we've had about any other contractors in Desoto county.

The girl working here was very kind and helpful today. I couldn't have gotten all I needed without her help.. the temperature outside was 113 degrees today. Thank you!

Needed help and left my info. Called back 2 days later and some very unfriendly lady answered and verified they had my info. It's been a week and a half with no return call. Don't bother. Just look up some d.i.y. pool stuff on YouTube. It's a little work but not too difficult once you figure it out.
