Pool Guy

NOT a reflection of there service: but their work van just almost plowed into me and my son while driving. I see im not the first reviewer with issues about their unsafe driving. A work van is a driving billboard… You might want to (or train your staff) toobey traffic laws and drive safely. Not a good look for your business…

Jim and his crew are the best. His company has been servicing our pool for years. I wish all businesses were like his. He's fair, honest, and does the job correctly. He's also a very respectable and nice guy. A++

I would leave zero stars if I could. I bought a new liner that cost $3800. Within 5 months the liner leaked causing all the water in the shallow end to drain out to the 4 foot level. The low water level pulled in the cover, tearing it. I had to buy a new cover to close the pool ($200) and refill the pool ($300). This vendor said he would have to patch the liner so he could order a new one for Spring. His temporary fix was to "cover over" the main drain at the bottom of the pool with a patch. Here we are with summer approaching, the Pool Guy refuses to call back, or fix the faulty liner he installed and I now have no main drain in the pool. I have attempted outreach numerous times to get my money back or a new liner. He refuses to respond and do the right thing.

The best pool guy and staff since I had a pool in Wayne .(30 years ).Over the last couple years we got a new line & last year Jim suggested a new winter cover .When we opened the pool the water was Crystal clear. Everything recommended by Jim beat my expectations. Thx.2 Jim and his crew.

Jim and his guys are the best in the business. Our pool is maintained to the highest standards and Jim is quick to respond to all issues and repairs.
