Pool Logic - Orange County

Well, I hate to do this. But they forced my hand. I had Jeff Martija build me a large in ground spa, or spool as we like to call it. Back in 2017. Well, we recently discovered a design/build problem with regard to the way the electric was run to the pool light. The junction box was mounted too low and pool water siphoned back into the junction box and then from there siphoned into my pool control panel! Which is ALL ELECTRIC and obviously should not be wet! After contacting Jeff to get his help, it became apparent he was unwilling to correct the problem. I believe the company is no longer in business but I still see a website and I am pretty sure Jeff is building pools still. So just beware. I ended up fixing it myself, but that should not have been the case imho. If he was an upright guy,

Took me a while to find the right pool company. What sold me about Pool Logic was their standard with the pool equipment. I went with some cool extras they offered but was happy with what they started with, in comparison to other bids I got. AND they were the lowest price! Also, the project manager Hendra, knows pools inside out and was very informative and patient throughout the whole process. Any issues I had he would address them right away. It was great to feel like someone had my back. Especially when dealing with the city inspector! I wish that dude on NO ONE! 🤦🏻‍♂️ Very happy with my pool!

We have very frustrating experience with Pool Logic. We have signed a contact with them in October last year and our pool is still not done. We would not recommend this company to anyone, building a pool with them is like “pooling teeth”. They asked for money upfront, they ask for more money after, they put our project on hold for months, they do not want to correct their mistakes, poor customer service and no communication. They lie, they promise but can not deliver. Now, we can not even get a response from them. If anyone from Pool Logic reading this review, please get back to us and let us know when you are going to finish our pool. This situation is not acceptable.

Pool Logic provided an amazing modern design that we were so happy with. They were quick and responsive, especially our project manager Hendra. I highly recommend them and ask for their recommendations on upgrades for best outcome.

Hendra Lesmana, my project manager, was the best! Very responsive, and always accommodating. I also have to commend his crew (Jesus and Lizette), such great, hardworking people. They definitely went above and beyond in making sure the project was tidied up. Would definitely use Pool Logic again.
