I operate a pool commercially and we get every single thing we use through these guys. From pumps to chemicals— they got everything you need. They are top-notch, professional, and laid back at the same time. Great place!

Lisa, Collin and the rest of The Pool Man’s staff are so awesome! They offer and deliver exceptional customer service. I reached out on a holiday to say my pool jets were not working (probably due to storm the night before, which was the case) and for them to call me the next day after the holiday. Instead, much to my surprise, Lisa called me within 30 minutes. She then got Collin on the call to assist me in resetting the breaker. No one delivers customer service like that these days. I was very impressed and most appreciative of their time. Everything from my initial visit with Lisa in discussing getting a pool, has exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them. Sighs… why would you hire drivers that don’t do pre-trips? If he had (old man smoking cigs as he drives) would have noticed all the gravel all over the tailgate. As he drives, it keeps falling off. Now you do realize that “contents escaping vehicle” makes you legally liable for damage to vehicles right? You can literally see rocks falling in the photo. I wish I had gotten a video. I’d hate for someone to sue you…

Lisa and the team at Pool Man provide outstanding customer service! Our motor on the pool was bad, and they ordered and installed a new one within a few days. A day later, I discovered the old motor was under warranty. They retrieved the motor from the dumpster so I could return it to where it was originally purchased. How is that for customer service!!
