Pool Pro

Just stopped in to inquire about purchasing a pool. What a great experience. When we walked in we saw a couple of young girls and thought well this will be another fact finding mission by ourselves. I could not have been more mistaken. Katrina addressed us immediately and was very knowledgeable about every product they had and answered every question I could think of. I was very impressed and will definitely buy my pool from Katrina and Pool Pro!

Awesome experience. I called to inquire about something (another pool store in town told me they had in stock and when I got there it turned out they didn’t) , and spoke with Brandy. She listened to my question explained what they had in stock and had it waiting for me when I arrived at a GREAT price. Everyone in the store was very friendly and helpful. Almost felt like visiting family. I will be using them for all of my pool needs going forward.

Just got to the pool store at 5:43 to be told that it’s too late to get my pool water tested there is a sign that says they quit testing 15 minutes before closing. But it’s a Tuesday at 5:30 and Route 29 is really busy so I feel like if you get there two minutes before they’re supposed to stop testing you should be able to get your water tested will never go back here again

Pool Pro offers free water testing to their chemical customers. Why bring in a sample and get a free water test if you are not going to purchase the chemicals you need to make your pool safe for swimming? Pool Pro appreciates their customers. Pool Pro has been in business for 40 years and has an excellent reputation.

Staff was very respectful yes maam or yes sir to every question and of course its not free if you go somewhere else and buy chemicals cause they have to pay for the tests and to train the employee s and they know what there doing great job
