Terrific from start to finish! We struggled to find an outfit to service and maintain our pool and Sam and his team have been the answer to our prayers! Reliable and hard working and they always go the extra mile for their customers. I only wish we had known to hire Pool Smart for the design and installation. Sam and his team are amazing! Sam & his crew have been great. I lost my pool pump after this last freeze & since my wife won’t let fill the pool with dirt & make a garden, I needed a new pump ASAP. We all know how expensive pumps are & Sam not only gave me a good price, but gave me good terms on paying for everything in a few installments. PoolSmart is & will be my go to for pool services. PoolSmart has been a blessing to our property management company. Sam and his team do a great job with our weekly pool service, but they also make themselves available to answer questions and make sure we’re always represented well to our clients. They are proactive with pool maintenance. In a business where excellence, competence, and reliability are key, PoolSmart really excels and sets themselves apart from the competition. We’ve used several other pool companies in the area and have usually been disappointed. You won’t be disappointed with PoolSmart.

Hired Samuel/Pool Smart to Pipe Poxy our cracked spa line. After it failed, what we later learned was a botched attempt, he provided an estimate and proceeded to remove and replace the Spa lines which included a complete replaster. After several issues due to lack of management and lack of communication, the job was completed and at a $8k overage from estimate. A year later we were still loosing water and hired a Leak detection co, inviting Samuel to the inspection. They found the pool was leaking at two of the pool fittings in the plaster. Samuel is MIA, not answering our calls, or texts. The plaster needs to be replaced, Samuel is not honoring his warranty.
