Pool Troopers

While the monthly charge is higher than previous service (of the past 10 months) the quality of service, experienced employees; makes up the difference. Doug and Manny have made my pool wonderful and safe! I highly recommend Pool Troopers!

We have been full service customers of Pool Troopers for over 30 years and continue to be very satisfied with the professionalism and skill of the technicians that provide services for us. Destiny has only been our tech for a few months now but has already demonstrated that she consistently provides superior service for our pool and never misses a beat! No worries for us. It’s always done right!

We hired this company because after dealing with small companies we felt this company could take good care of our pool. Unfortunately after a short period, our pool hasn’t been treated properly and chemicals are way off, green algae is forming on the pool walls and pool filter never cleaned- see pic. Also, when we needed a repair they didn’t fix the problems and it took multiple calls over several weeks to get them out to do the work . They still didn’t fix the problem . Our pool is in the worst condition ever since this place took over service. We are cancelling and switching to another company.

We Inherited pool troopers after buying our house. This company has been by far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. At first they would come out consistently, then they stopped showing up. They stopped notifying you, stopped returning calls. They would show whenever they wanted, if they wanted. I eventually had another company come out that informed me, my salt water system hadn’t been working in months, there was no salt, no chlorine in my pool. Which created the black algae you see in the pictures. If you do business with this company expect the exact same. I’ve called around to several different pool companies and as soon as you mention pool troopers they laugh at you. They have become the laughing stock of the pool service industry. Lazy, uneducated, and unreliable doesn’t even beg

Javier, our pool technician is a great guy. He takes pride in his work, and when he sees a problem, he always try to fix it or get some help. People like him must be congratulated.
