Pools & Spas Unlimited of Milford

06-25-25 7:30am: I noticed what looked to be water spraying out of a Pools and Spas truck on the Puncheon Run Connector getting onto Route 1 north. It sprayed on my motorcycle getting onto Route 1. I have it on video. When I got to work I noticed it wouldn't rub off. I don't know what type of chemicals they had but it sprayed all over everyone's vehicles this morning on Route 1 north. I'll wash my motorcycle when I get home but if it doesn't come off I'm debating talking to a lawyer. Maybe Pools and Spas can offer to make things right before it gets that far.

Very nice staff. They go the extra mile to help. Lots of items. All pool supplies, spas, saunas. I picked up a couple of fountains. I think they are discontinuing carrying them.

Well it's hard to find a combination of unethical behavior and incompetence rolled into one, but Pools and Spas Unlimited of Milford has done it. They put my pool in the wrong spot on my lot (even though we had a surveyor put stakes up to show where it should go). Then, instead of fixing it, they extorted us for $30,000 to move it. Unbelievable. We found out they did the same thing to another homeowner in Rehoboth Beach. Is this a business model? If you are reading this, I beg of you to RUN to a reputable pool builder. If you use Pools and Spas Unlimited, you will be stuck with a huge and expensive disaster.

Run as fast as you can! Worst experience. I really don’t know how this company is still in business. Very shady! First, they don’t even come out to go over location of the pool and equipment; they just show up on the day of install. They put the pump under my bedroom window and told me it was a quiet pump. Well that wasn’t true. It was very loud and they had to come back and move it. Nobody ever bothered to ask where my electric panel was located and ended up putting everything on the wrong side of the house, opposite of where the panel is located. They use chunks of concrete to put under the pipes to your pump to stop them from sagging. They charge you for things that they don’t use, for example the crane. They charged me for the crane rental, however they didn’t use a crain, they used th
