We brought our pool water in to be tested. The person who helped us was knowledgeable and very helpful. He told us exactly what we needed without overselling us a bunch of unneeded chemicals. I greatly appreciate that!! Now our pool is sparkling again. Very happy and we will be back!

I wish I could give way more than five stars. Scott has saved my pool and sanity more than once. We just moved here and this is our first saltwater pool so we’re learning… steeply I might add. Scott picks up the phone and walks me thru stuff ie my pool over flowing from rain . He also always has the solution or knows the person to call to fix my issue ie a massive pool leak. Also wanted to shout out to Steve the Spa gentleman. He FaceTimed me on his off time just to walk me thru how I airlocked my spa on accident and how to fix it. Anastasia is just bubbly and genuinely cares that everything is going well with your pool. I have yet to have any issues and never see any happening here ever and I’m there a lot :)

I drive 3 hours to get my mother in law’s water tested by Mr. Ripley. I wouldn’t dream of getting serviced by anyone else. Highest quality service anywhere.

This is the only place I will patronize for my pool products.the young men working there are always helpful and courteous. There is a sign that plainly states if you don’t buy your products there it will be a $15 charge(no hidden information), also the chemicals here are expensive as they are everywhere. Cost have risen dramatically but you get what you pay for. I’m happy to go to a store that is knowledgeable about what I need and explains the steps plainly. Kudos to your staff!

Says they close at 6, I drove to the store and the open sign was on but the doors were locked. It’s June 30 at 4:43pm I just tried to walk in maybe 2 minutes ago
