I was so impressed with how fast Austin arrived, within 15 minutes of my call, and it was late, 10:30 at night! He has a great professional and friendly manner too…it was a pleasure meeting him.

​I would never recommend or use this company after what I witnessed today. One of their drivers—in a branded vehicle—plowed straight past a school bus that had its red lights flashing and stop arm extended with children boarding. ​The bus driver even honked to alert them, but your employee didn't even tap the brakes. They were easily doing 45 mph and seemed to know exactly what they were doing; they just didn't care. ​A company is a direct reflection of the people they hire to represent them. If this is the level of "care" and "safety" your employees demonstrate in a school zone, I want absolutely nothing to do with your business and will not recommend. Truly reckless and unprofessional.

Austin was amazing!! Arrived really quick, even though it was 5 something in the morning. Every other locksmith I called included my roadsid3 assistance from my vehicle mfr said at least 630a. In fact the first guy who said he would have his t3chcallme at 630, just got around to calling at 5 to 7a, so I would still be there waiting on him to head in my direction sowhoknows how much longer it would have been. Pop-a-lock got Austin out within 30 min of my calling. I'm never calling any other locksmith.

The Crew this morning was beyond amazing. They showed up on time and with such positive attitudes which always makes my day better. They were thorough and efficient with time and KwikDry is super thankful 🙏

I was out doing last minute Christmas shopping this evening and my car wouldn’t start. I contacted my insurance company for roadside assistance and was assigned to Pop-A-Lock. Austin came out within 30 minutes of my request. He was very professional and the process itself was very quick. He was also knowledgeable and answered my questions. Austin jump started my car and I was able to get back on my way within minutes. Thank you Austin for your service. Would recommend this company to others.
