Fantastic experience. Tom responded to my very late afternoon call saying he would be out the next day and would call me with a time. He called the next morning at 8:30 to say he would be at my house at 10:30. He arrive on time and unclogged the drain. He was pleasant, neat, efficient and did a great job.
