Orlando, of Positive Flow Electric, came into my unit to evaluate the electrical work that I needed. He didn't take his shoes off and walked over to the sub-panel, taking two or three phone calls while looking at the work. Eventually, I got him to provide a verbal estimate and I asked him to send it to me in writing so I could get approval from the condo association. He said he would send it by the end of the day or the following morning. When It didn't come the following morning, I called him. He said he forgot but was headed back to the office and would send it within the hour. Two weeks went by with me intermittently sending him texts to ask if he could send the estimate. Is by far one of the best and his title proves it and says it all. Orlando is a reliable person and will get the job done ON TIME, now if other things transpire whether it be business issues (which is most of the time) or personal issues regarding family, there's gonna be a divide and miscommunications along the line. Orlando knows what he's doing and takes his job very seriously.

Jimmy arrived quickly and fixed all of our electrical problems. He was very professional and knowledgeable.
