We hired Potter to completely remodel our kitchen. As this was our first renovation project as homeowners, we felt a bit in over our heads. Honestly the hardest decision was who to hire, but once we chose Potter it was smooth sailing. We will definitely be working with them whenever our next home remodel project comes along. A special shout out to Wade, our lead carpenter. He was in our house every day for 2 months and was great to work with - our dog misses him a lot! We have gotten tons of compliments on our kitchen and are so happy with how it turned out. It used to be the biggest eyesore in our home, and now it's our favorite place to be.

Potter Construction did an amazing job remodeling our entire kitchen and both bathrooms. Their team was organized, thoughtful, and full of great design ideas. They worked real magic in our small, 80-year-old spaces and made everything feel brand new after 21 years here. The quality is fantastic, communication was easy, and the whole process felt smooth. Potter had completed a very successful kitchen remodel about ten years ago that couldn't have gone much better. When we decided to finally remodel our small upstairs bathroom, they were the first and only choice. We didn't even have a thought of using another contractor. Once again, they came through with flying colors. The bathroom is small but required a lot of tile work on both the shower area and floor. The craftsman that did the tile was superb and the job turned out perfectly. I have an interest in lighting, and they were able to accommodate our needs perfectly. We added floor heat, and put lights in the shower. They installed a lighted vanity cabinet with sconces on each side. The ceiling lights were updated and all the lighting is controlled by modern Lutron dimmers. All in all,

Potter remodeled our two very challenging bathrooms. The work was on time and on budget. Everything was stated up front and communication was great throughout the process. The quality of work was excellent and all of the subcontractors were truly exceptional. We had lots of challenging issues like a surprise below-grade tub made entirely of glass bricks. Wade and the potter team were not deterred. Nearly every aspect of the project needed some special handling. It was great to have such a skilled team to deal with all the unique issues. We are completely satisfied with the work and integrity of Potter Construction and strongly recommend them.

This last year, after searching for a company to do a construction project on our property behind our home we decided to contract with Potter Construction. We worked with Potter and Lathrop Douglas Architects to develop a concept for a carport and greenhouse. We expressed our ideas about what we wanted to accomplish and through back-and-forth discussions they produced a concept that really appealed to us. As construction progressed and the structures took form we were impressed with the workmanship and thoroughness of our lead carpenter and the supporting workforce. There were a few glitches along the way, but they were resolved in a timely manner and much to our satisfaction.
