We had a fire incident in December 2024, and Power Equipment Restoration, LLC was incredible from start to finish. Their team came out right away, gathered every single item, took detailed photos, tagged everything, and created a full inventory list. Whenever we needed something during the restoration process, they brought it back to us promptly. At the end, they returned all our belongings wrapped carefully in plastic or bubble wrap. Every item was tagged and checked off with both their checklist and ours to make sure nothing was missed. The team even cleaned some of our appliances on-site, which we really appreciated. Everyone on the team was helpful, kind, and professional. Their communication was excellent, and they even kept notes from previous conversations so they could stay organ

We had a kitchen fire in December which left behind much smoke and soot throughout my house. Power Equipment came out and did a walk through and returned over the next 2.5 days and setting up each morning and breaking down each night. Every piece of equipment opened, tested and meticulously cleaned prior to being wrapped in plastic to avoid further damage from particles that were still in the air. Wonderful people to deal with and trustworthy!
