I purchased a new home and 1 day after purchasing the home, the oven stopped working. I contacted my home warranty company who assigned this contractor. He came to my home and said he would return in 2-3 days to replace the circuit board of the oven. I did not hear from him for over 2 weeks. When I finally spoke to him, he apologized and stated he was waiting to hear from his friend to help him because the oven repair is a "two person" job. He then contacted me and stated he will come with a friend on July 28. On July 28, his friend called me to say he was busy installing a washing machine for another customer and had another job afterwards and therefore would not be available. We rescheduled for July 29. Today, he and his friend came to my home and then informed me that the oven cannot be

If I could assign 0 stars I would. The owner and technician are not reliable not responsive and not professional. They did not complete the work requested and found every excuse for not completing a complete diagnosis and repairing my appliances as requested. As a result, I contacted another company and that company was able to fix my appliances the first time and showed me that nothing was completed by Power Tech Appliance Service.
