I installed a new, 1500 square foot exposed-aggregate driveway about 10 years ago and it was fading pretty bad as it gets direct sunlight all day. It was time for a power wash/ concrete sealing job. I received 5 bids that varied about $1000 from high to low. Power Wash Kings was in the middle of the pack. I initially clicked on the website because it was independent of Home Advisor, Angie’s List, etc. Kyle was very responsive, replying to messages within a day. He was communicative, dependable, conscientious, and thorough. He worked diligently, displaying a great work ethic. The job was completed quickly and at a reasonable price. We had an extensive list of items for Kyle to handle: cleaning out our gutters, power washing our house, power washing a LARGE driveway, and cleaning several windows. We had Power Wash Kings out to clean our vinyl siding that was building up a lot of algae from years of neglect. Kyle, the owner, was super easy to work with, quick to respond, and did fantastic work! Our home's exterior is back to new! Kyle did a great job. He was friendly, communicative and prompt. He explained what he was going to do and came prepared. He gave me a written receipt that listed exactly what he was going to do at the time of service as well as emailed it to me. He worked hard and went over the deck several times.
