Their drivers pulling out of their driveway like to completely disregard the safety of everyone else

They did all the plumbing in my brand new house. What a mess! It took 4 different repair dates for them to fix the drain in the tub. Then, it leaked to the next floor damaging the ceiling (see above pic). Each time I had an issue, it was impossible to reach anyone. They did not accept or return my calls. The GC had to reach out. I was blamed for ordering such a fancy tub. 2 years later we had a huge wet spot on the kitchen ceiling. Turned out the washer broke and when powerhouse installed it, they did not line up the plastic tub with the hole to prevent ceiling damage. I did not even bother contacting them.

Sadly, I have to agree with all the other folks who posted on this company. Poor Workmanship - deceptive/evasive work ethic- Powerhouse was hired by our builder to put the plumbing into our new home. A few months after moving in, the toilet began to leak, the builder had Powerhouse return to fix it. A few months later the toilet is leaking again. This time I called Powerhouse myself, expecting we would have to pay for the visit. Even though it appears the issue wasn't property addressed, we are out of the "home warranty period" so I expected to pay for call. I called 3 times and they have not returned my call. They do not want to be accountable for their poorly executed work and ignored our calls. We found someone else to actually fix it. Before posting this review, I found this on their

Drivers almost causing accident, had one coming into my lane so I simply gave him a honk and he started freaking out like a child, typical entitled dirt bags who do something wrong and then get pissed off when you call them out for it. I wouldnt want people like that doing work on my jobs, or my house.

Zero stars would be more appropriate. Did plumbing for new construction condo that we moved into 14 months ago. PVC pipe for main water supply is leaking. Never showed to fix it.
