So reason for the two stars is because I was delivered my rear bumper and everything was awesome quality Kyle himself dropped it off and even was super apologetic about the long wait (I waited a year). They were in the middle of relocating which I understood. To this day I still have not received my rear side steps I ordered 3 years ago I have been trying to message Kyle on FB messenger but with no avail. I at least want my money back which is the 500 dollars I spent on those. I have been thinking about filing a lawsuit against Kyle for this since it is just annoying now and he was communicating fine until after he delivered the bumper. He told me to my face that he will bring the rear side steps down to me personally when they were complete.

This is a long story but I’ll try to make it short. I ordered a set of P&P skid plates through Nisstec a couple of years ago. P&P was in the middle of moving locations and expected delays. After 8 months I finally received my skid plates. They were not the quality I expected and found out it was due to staffing issues and other complications. I requested a replacement set through Nisstec and was told they were working on a solution. This started months and months of no communication and lies from Nisstec. I finally was able to contact P&P directly. It took a while but to my surprise P&P replaced the skid plates at no charge. I later found out that P&P never even received my original payment through Nisstec. The whole situation was frustrating but the fact Mac at P&P replaced these to take

Do NOT give this company your business. I purchased the '05-20 rocksliders for my '17 Nissan Frontier April 2022 with an up to 24 week wait time. It is now almost May 2023 and I still have not received ANY information about them. I have contacted them many times and get a response maybe 1 out of 10 emails. I have attempted to cancel the order 3 times and have had no response.

I've been waiting for a light cage with 4 lights for OVER 2 years. PP claimed they were delayed due to a shop relocation, labor shortages, etc etc. They lied about the cage going to powdercoat, they lied about them being built, and gave me false hope about when they were going to be shipped. Last October they posted on Facebook about having light cages available and ready to ship, so where is mine that I have bought and paid in full at?! TWO YEARS AND NOTHING. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS!!!!

Not unlike most reviewers here, I had to wait much longer than I expected for my product. Ordered a set of sliders for my 2nd Gen Frontier. Despite the delay, I did end up getting my order. The sliders are incredibly well fabbed. The wait sucks, the product is better.
