PPG Paints Arena Parking Garage

Closest parking for a hockey game but it will take you an hour to exit the garage when the game ends. Tonight they closed the bottom floor (Fifth Ave) exit and forced everyone to exit on the via the busy Centre Ave stoplight. For the price you pay for the convenient location, it’s not worth the frustration.

I used this garage to attend a concert. I bought my tickets online and when I arrived, it did not scan. So I had to pay again, to the tune of eighty dollars total. I called the next day and spoke with a representative who was very kind and understanding and made sure that I got a full refund for the inconvenience with no hassle and an apology. This is what they used to call excellent customer service and it's good to see that it still occurs at times.

We attended a concert at PPG Arena this past Friday and the process of getting in & out of the parking garage was absolutely horrible - we will never give this place our money again especially considering how many other options there are. After the show, there were ZERO staff members at the gates checking people out, which I understand an automated system is in place, but then why check you in with a human in the first place upon arrival?? I sincerely believe there were only maybe 2 gates actually functioning for the whole garage that night, because we sat at a stand-still in the line of cars for approximately 30 MORE minutes after getting stuck inside the venue beforehand. I just couldn't believe it and had to share this experience; don't park here for a concert unless you plan leaving yo

Seats that are up in the higher section sucked... very cramped . I've been to other places seated high up in the nose bleed seats that gave more room. I would not attend another event here if those were the only seats available... 2 days later and my knees are still stiff

Nice garage with friendly parking attendants and great daily rates. Event parking prices are usually substantially higher.
