Pr Windows

Don't use it. Nightmare. I saw PR Windows has 5 stars. I thought I can trust it. Liz came and gave an estimate. It is reasonable estimate. I decided to use the PR Windows. She added $200 for no reason in written agreement. Just before installation date, she called me and asked to take out all window drapes. I have to work and I cannot do it, so she take out. She charged me $400. On installation date, she said some furniture before windows. She had to remove them. She charged $200. After I paid her, a screen door should be installed. I called her and she said it takes one week to install it. Update: After talking with Liz, she said "She will ask Latino friends giving good reviews", so I believe all other 5 star reviews are from her Latino friends.

After 25 years we made the decision to replace 28 low quality and outdated windows that were installed by the home builder, Seeno. We selected the PR Window team because we did business with Borinquen glass (Liz’s father) for our previous home. The PR Window team was professional, precise and accommodating. Our new windows look amazing, and we couldn’t be happier! The value of our home has increased. We were also pleased when we noticed that the windows help to keep our home cooler in summer and warmer in winter. We have since received compliments on our windows from neighbors and family. We have recommended PR Windows to our family and several neighbors. Thank you so much, Liz and team!

Liz and Rico are amazing! Absolute professionals, extremely helpful, answered all of our questions, windows arrived ahead of schedule so they were able to start earlier than expected and the installation time was super fast! I will only use PR Windows for any future window needs. A++
