We love our new patio! We went with Prager Builders because they had done a few patio projects in the same neighborhood, including one of our next door neighbors. Bryan was so professional, knowledgeable, responsive, personable, and helpful. While applying for the building permit, the county threw us a curveball and wanted a variance to extend the setback line (we originally thought the setback line was further away from the house). Bryan handled the entire process from beginning to end; even went to the county hearing to present our case on our behalf. We did have to wait longer than anticipated, but it was well worth it! How long should it take for a Florida Room to be finished? Well, my story begins on February 25, 2022. The best Prager Builders employee, without a doubt, is the salesman. He convinced us that they would do a great job, in a timely manner, and that we would be very happy with our brand spanking new Florida Room. To put it all in context, today, June 26 2024, I contacted them again to tell them that I'll look for someone else to finish the roof or simply have the whole thing torn down and have someone who actually knows what they are doing rebuild it. This could obviously be a very long story, but here it is, in a nutshell, as it were. Mostly positive experience. I would definitely use/hire them again, and recommend Prager. The 'working' trio of Tim, Ben, and Garrett were great. They worked so well together and you could tell they have done this a few hundred times. They had the perfectionist mentality, and it showed. The craftsmanship is top notch through and through and we really enjoyed watching them work in harmony. They always left the site clean and tidy at the end of the day, too. We did have some hiccups along the way, and the timeline got way stretched out, but at the end of the day, they made everything right and finished the job strong. We had Pragers Builders build and screen in our lanai and they did an amazing job. Professional, fairly priced, quick to complete, and good materials. I couldn’t be happier! Multiple of my neighbors and family have used them as well and are just as happy! Garrett was extremely professional and helpful through the process. 20/10 recommend!
