Couldn’t be happier with Steve “The Comfort Specialist” Norgren! The guy is unbelievable. Very professional, very efficient, good quality work, and went well above and beyond our expectations. This guy was on time, worked all day, very knowledgeable and very tidy. I would highly recommend him for all your HVAC needs.

(Full disclosure: Steve was recommended to me by a mutual friend.) I used Prairie West to replace my furnace and AC in November of 2021. Steve was knowledgeable and friendly, and installed both items in a couple of days. He walked me through the changes he had made to update our 80s-era HVAC system, and clearly labeled the direction the air filter should be installed. He even added a metal "pocket" to the exterior of the main duct to hold manuals and paperwork. He was good about communicating with me during the process, and I feel like I received good value for the money I spent.

Highly recommend Steve for Heat & AC repair and replacement. Worked with him for over 15 years and he's a straight shooter that fixes the problem without the up sell you get with a lot of others. His economical repairs of our AC units prolonged their lives for years when others said replace them and he recently replaced a 50+ year old boiler in our new home. It was a highly technical install that required addressing a lot issues he handled flawlessly and we have great uniform heat now. Thanks Steve!

Steve really knows his stuff and is a real straight shooter. He told us exactly what we needed and didn't try to upsell (gave options, but no pressure, and gave his honest opinions about what fit our needs/budget best). He provided a very reasonable/competitive estimate and stuck to it upon completion of the installation. He was really helpful in helping us understand our new boiler system, very thorough. He did masterful work fitting a new/upgraded system into a nearly century old home. We would highly recommend him without reservation.
