Great people, great price, excellent quality. Michael Prate installed a higher quality asphalt shingle on our house, plus a standing seam metal roof for our porch all for a better price than the competition. Clean up was thorough, crew was very good.

Recent roof replacement by Prate. Superb work. I have a 120 year old house, single story, large and complex roof design with 30 year old wood shingles. Prate expertly removed the old roof, made repairs and replaced it with asphalt shingles. The house looks great. Mario and his team were hard working, skillful and efficient. When finished they thoroughly cleaned up the mess. I recommend Prate without reservation.

We used Prate roofing a few years ago and I recieved some great advice from them today. Patti, Angela, and Matthew are wonderful, I'd be inclined to purchase a house with a bad roof just to work with them again :) Thanks so much for your help!

1 call and 2 emails asking for an inspection quote. Finally I only received an email of a price that was way over what I could have imagined. They were replacing everything-from the whole roof to the vents to the flat roof area where I’ve had zero problems. No one ever came out for an inspection or took photos to show me, or sit down with me to explain what might be needed which is standard practice. I was given 15 days to accept this offer or not because they state the price may change-go up I would assume. I cannot possibly recommend this company and buyer beware!

I have used Prate for many years, and every time they provided high-rate service with good quality at an affordable price. A few years ago they replaced my old rubber vent boots with lead boots at good price with good quality. They also inspected and repaired my roof and installed an attic fan several years ago at very affordable price. Now they replaced my damaged ridge vent and repaired some flashing, and it was done very well and at low price. Their owner, Michael Prate, took very good care of my roof, and John and Pat installed the ridge and showed and explained everything very well. Their office employee, Terri, is also a very special and kind person who was very friendly and courteous. They made my day yet again.
