Tried to hire them to put in a bathroom. Ron was rude, annoyed that I couldn't meet with less than one hour notice (I was literally in the middle of renting scaffolding for another job). I get that everyone is busy now with all the stimulus money floating around but you don't need to talk down to people interested in hiring you for work. Red flags everywhere in our two short conversations. Can't say anything about the quality of his work, and I never will, but if you care about dealing with someone with an ounce of professional courtesy, call someone else.

Ron is everything you would want in a technician - Knowledgeable, patient, professional, responsive, and effective. While calling a repair man is never a call you want to have to make, calling Pratt’s is a call that you will not regret... and might wish you would have made sooner.
