I worked with Alex and his team to re do all my siding. They were great with communication, and arrived on time. We worked to find the perfect color and get it all on last summer. I’m still in love with it and the quality is top notch! I definitely recommend Alex and his team for any of your construction needs!!

Alex (owner) did a fantastic job and went above and beyond. I got several different bids and his was the most competitive. The best were his detailed drawings in the quote for clear understanding. He did not just complete a large interior construction work on time but after work his crew cleaned up the place spotless. He also kept me updated on the progress. Will definitely recommend him and will get more work from his company in the future.

I can’t say enough about how positive our experience with Prchal Design Build has been! Our neighbors had their roof replaced by this company in the spring and recommended them to us. Our insurance company wasn’t the easiest to work with and Prchal Design Build took the reins in dealing with them and handled everything on our behalf which made the process so much easier. The representative who was our main contact was prompt, accessible, honest, straightforward, and resourceful. They set a very reasonable expectation so we knew what to anticipate and what the turn around time was for everything during the process. Do not use this company. Our families know each other and even with that, Alex and his company took the funds we gave him for the materials and labor for our project and did not pay the subcontractors. I've been contacted by three separate subcontracts asking me if I paid Alex. His checks bounced when he promised to pay them and has since not responded to them as well as me. He was supposed to pay the City of Minnetonka for an electrical and building permit, but the checks bounced as well. As a result, he was performing work without a permit which is illegal. Take time to search judgments against the business and Alex as there are others out there. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Josh, We wanted to give you a "Shout Out" for the outstanding job from start to finish on our roof replacement. It was great working with you and the Prchal Company. Josh your great attention to detail helped us tremendously from the start working with our insurance company to the actual replacement of the roof.
