Precise Inspecting

Working with everyone on the Precise Inspecting team was great. Dennis helped with the scheduling and pre inspection preparations. Matthew was incredibly thorough with the pre drywall inspection on our new build, I recommend planning on meeting your inspector at site to review findings as Matthew was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions related to the build of the house. The report has a great format, pictures of everything and very easy to follow, was completed and sent to me the same day of the inspection as well. I will be scheduling another 2 inspections with Presice inspecting for the final walkthrough and the 11 month warranty inspection. Highly recommend going with them for any inspection needs.

He went above and beyond, even showing us important details like where the shut-off valves were, which we really appreciated as first-time homeowners. Bill inspected a house for me in Marietta PA four years ago and I found it so enjoyable and valuable that I asked him to do another one for a new house in Lancaster.
