We had a fantastic experience with our technician, Jonathan Meza. He was professional, friendly and knew exactly what was wrong with our washing machine immediately. He took care of the problem within minutes. It’s rare to find such an honest and reliable individual these days but he was truly an exceptional and very respectful young man. I confess to having put a heavy item in our washing machine and realizing there could be consequences. Sure enough, the blanket looked like a giant Dutch baby pancake out flat and the agitator was nowhere to be seen. I pulled the poor agitator out of the maelstrom and realized I would need Donald Trump's teeny tiny hands to insert the screw and washer back in to the assembly. We called Precision late last night (Thursday just before closing time) and Rosie scheduled me right away for Friday afternoon between 2-5. Ilia arrived at 2:20 and went right to work. The machine is working its way through the cycle and all is right with the world. Having just moved to Palm Desert in September, we are grateful to have such a wonderful resource.
